Sergio Rossi Leopard-Print Suede Boot, $1,020

Aren’t these amazing? I’ve been on the hunt for a leopard bag and I came across these boots. Forget the bag, I am in love! I can admit it, I have a boot addiction. I just can’t stop buying boots. And spots?  Can’t resist them either. Now I just have to find something similar at an affordable price point…..

These shorts have been hanging out in my closet forever and I finally took them out for a spin. I love the camo print and the cargo pockets, but I always feel a little overpowered in them. Probably because they are men’s shorts and therefore roomy everywhere, but I’ve never been able to find the same style for women. I made the necklace from a piece of stone and a feather earring that had lost its mate. I like how the two pieces look strung together.

It was another hot, hot day, so I kept it simple with a white t-shirt and added wedges for a little glam. I spent the day furniture shopping down in soho. I’ve been looking all over for new dining chairs and finally settled on yellow ones from cb2. I can’t wait to see them in my apartment!

Today I was running around, taking photos for my photography class. Final projects are due soon and I finally decided on a subject. But first I wanted to take a few test shots to see how they’d turn out. I hope my instructor likes them!

It was hot hot hot, so I tried to stay cool with a lightweight top and skirt. I’ve been looking for a full black mini for a while now and found this one tucked away on the top floor of H&M. I’m sure it will be getting a lot of wear this summer.

The perfect sundress for a trip to Governor’s Island. It was hot and sunny and I’d be outside all day. As it turned out, there was a lot of shade where the festival was. The island is former military place and had many historic buidlings and fortifications to explore. I plan on going back, renting bikes, and having a picinic lunch while enjoying the skyline of lower Manhattan.
